Production shutdown dates
Our print facilities will be closed on the following dates, with minimal production staff available during the last week of December:
UK, EU & AU:
- Monday 25 December
- Tuesday 26 December
- Monday 1 January
Please note that the print facility that produces our mugs will be closed between Saturday 23 December and Tuesday 2 January.
US:
- Monday 25 December
- Monday 1 January
Network status updates
Our network status page is continually updated with all the latest updates on any known production and delivery issues taking place across our global print network.
Customer support
To check the status of your orders, simply log into your Prodigi dashboard and select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
In the event that your order is delayed, you can get in touch with one of our customer support agents for more information by emailing support@prodigi.com. The team offer 24-hour email support and are also contactable via our live chat service, which you can access from within your Prodigi dashboard and the Shopify app.
